What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo. Please note that PayPal may be seen first as a payment option on the check out screen, but proceed below PayPal and you can use credit cards from that point.
Do you ship internationally?
We now offer international shipping to 59 countries! If you don't see your country enabled for shipping and you would like to make a purchase, please contact us.
Please note that your package will go through customs in your country and this may delay delivery which we cannot control. You will also be responsible for Duty and/or VAT charges, if any, pursuant to tax laws in your specific country. We do not offer free shipping on international orders.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
For domestic USA orders, it usually takes 3-5 days after your order has been fulfilled though
International shipping can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks depending on the delivery option you select. DHL has been delivered within 2-4 days thus far in our experience. As noted, we cannot control delays in customs which may or may not occur. Basic shipping may take 10-20 business days for delivery.
You are responsible for providing an accurate address. If your item is returned undelivered due to your error, you are responsible for any costs involved to correct this error in getting your products to you.
What if my selected item is out of stock?
You will be given the option to complete a form and an email will be sent to you as soon as the item is back in stock. Some coffee mugs, pillow cases are produced as ordered thus should show as available.
Can I return/exchange an order?
Ultimately, we want you to be Happy Sailors and will do everything reasonable to ensure your satisfaction. That said we will exchange/return an item if there is a deficit in the print or stitching of your item. We do not exchange/return if you order the wrong size or color. Are your designs copyright/trademark protected?
Yes! Our images are original and we have processes in place to protect our images. All images are either registered with the US Trademark and Patent Office or with the US Copyright Office providing Federal Court Copyright protection and the right to pursue damages and legal fees in US Federal Courts if copyright infringement occurs.
Can I sell your items in my store?
